After the initial booking on a particular package and related services in the event of any amendment you wish to make such a change of destination, departure dates, addition/deletion of services, change on passenger number or such other change, you will need to make an written request and obtain an acknowledgement from your assigned Service Executive. There will be certain amendment fee on per person basis depending on new services and date selected by you. The amendment may invite further cost from the service provider which will have to be borne by you further such request are accepted by us, subject to availability.
The liability of the Company is restricted to the making of reservation in accordance with the passenger(s) requirements. The liability will cease on the issue of a ticket, reservation and travel document to the passenger. The Company does not hold any responsibility for train/flight delays, rescheduling/cancellation of train/flights, mis-connection occurred due to airline problem and any change in train/flight schedule or meals not being served. We are not responsible for any alternate arrangements and the guest has no right to claim any loss or consequences arising due to the same. Company is not liable for any loss of person, property or personal effects caused or damaged or suffered by the passenger on account of deficiency in services by any independent contractor. Any gesture of courtesy extended by the Company to the passenger to minimize such loss or damage will not constitute on admission of such liability or a waiver.
Suggestions or Grievances:
Any claim or complaint by the passenger in respect of services provided by the independent contractors must be notified to the Company in writing within 7 days after the tour completion date. No claim notified to the Company outside this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability in respect thereof. The Company reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a passenger on tour in event of unreasonable behavior at any time.
Privacy of Information:
We treat all information furnished by you as confidential and will share only the necessary information with airline, hotels & service providers who will provide services to you during your tour. However, we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you, if such disclosure is required by law or by an order by court or the rules, regulations & enquiry by any govt./statutory agency having regulatory authority over the Company.
Note : Above terms and conditions shall be inclusive of all terms and conditions of True Love Holidays and may be amended from time to time, as the case may be.
Cancellation within 50 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 20% retention (Total package cost)
Cancellation within 40 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 30% retention (Total package cost)
Cancellation within 25 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 40% retention (Total package cost)
Cancellation within 14 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 50 % retention (Total package cost)
Cancellation within 07 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking / Transportation or Non Utilization of the same: No Refund (Total package cost)
Cancellation of Air Fare will be Rs.2000 Per seat.
Cancellation of Train ticket will be 50% on total ticket fare.
There will be no Refund for Volvo / Bus Tickets.
Apart from Cancellation amount 08% of the total amount will be charged extra as files charges if any guest cancel there trip before the cancellation period.
Refund will be processed through NEFT within 07 working days
PLEASE NOTE - THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON HIGH PEAK DATES / PEAK SEASON AND ANY LONG WEEKEND (20TH DEC TO 10TH JAN) ,FULL RETENSION WILL BE CHARGED AND IF THE GUEST WILL CANCEL THE BOOKING BEFORE THE CANCELLATION POLICY THEN 10% WILL BE CHARGED AS PER COMPANY LAW. BESIDES ABOVE, IN CERTAIN CASES LIKE TRAIN JOURNEYS, HOTELS OR RESORTS BOOKINGS DURING THE PEAK SEASON (CHRISTMAS/ NEW YEAR) OR DURING FAIRS/FESTIVALS, FULL PAYMENT MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO HOLD SPACE ON CONFIRMED BASIS. 25% Advance to be paid for booking of the Total tour package amount.
35% After receiving the Hotel confirmation voucher.
40% to be deposited at the time of arrival.
Please Note - Air fare and train fare to be paid full at one time.
Confirmation of Hotel Rooms, Train Seats and Air Fare is subject to the availability at the time of booking.
